Kay wrote: "i've read them all, and im not too into the whole vampire scene, but i loved them! but zoey is my least favorite character. its weird, the main character of a series is always my least favorite... :/ "That's good to know! I have seen quite the mixed reviews on the series... seems people either love it or hate it. Sounds like something I'd dig so I've just been collecting the books. Haha! Hopefully I'll be able to read them so! Only three books to go!
im almost finished with Grey Eyes by B. Alston. its the first book that has made me ALMOST cry but its really good and im also re-reading Claire De Lune by Christine Johnson.
I'm just finishing up The Woman in Black (I'm curious to see how the movie goes...because its a short book with not a lot happening in it)I'm also reading:
5 Very Good Reasons to Punch a Dolphin in the Mouth and Other Useful Guides
the Dengeki Daisy manga series
and after finishing The Woman in Black, I'll start Ghostgirl: Homecoming
Finally finished Neil Gaiman's American Gods, and am now in need of something easy, short and light. Im going with an old favorite: Fantastic Mr. Fox by Roald Dahl :)
Im rereading I am Number Four so i can finally read The Power of Six, which i have had for nearly four months now. Is it even worth it? Alot of my friends said it was not that great of a book.
Noooooooo! I am Number Four was good, but The Power of Six sucked! Dont do it!
I am reading Dolores Claiborne by Stephan King.
I am reading Dolores Claiborne by Stephan King.
I am currently reading Misery by Stephen King... and it gives me the creeps. O.O ...And I've just finished The 39 Clues Book 7 last week.
Haven't watched it yet and I think I'm gonna watch it. I searched pictures of the movie in google and I've got a feeling it's really terrifying... especially when I saw the picture of Kathy Bates with a knife!! O.o
@ Mia Claire: Bates won Best Actress at the Oscars for that role, and totally deserved it. The scene in the book where she cuts off his foot with an axe... That is different, and worse, in the movie :s
Kate wrote: "Rae-that's a good idea. Of course, now that Birders is gone I have a feeling I'm going to be getting fewer gift certificates."Yeah, I didn't get any gift cards to a book store this Christmas. But my brother just got Inheritence from the library, so I don't have to wait much longer to read it.
My mom got me Inheritance for Hanukkah. So I can finally read it. (It would probably have taken at least another two weeks, probably more to get it from the library)I just got a Kindle, also for Hanukkah, and my sister and I have discovered that, although our library ebook supply is limited, they have all the Artemis Fowl books, and they're always available. So I've read the first two, and am going to start the third. (Rereading for the I-don't-know-how-many-th time)
I'm also reading The Help and A Clash of Kings.

was it really that bad?! ugh, but now i have to read it, cuz i have to know what made it so hOrIbLe!
Finished "Dolores Claiborne", which reminds me how much I love Stephan King. About to start "A Monster Calls" by Patrick Ness, the first of my Christmas books.

Displa wrote: "i keep rereading the Benedict series!!!"ive never read that, but my friend did, and she liked it. but, she also liked Twilight, so i don't trust her judgement. do you like it?(Benedict, i mean, not Twilight)
pfft i dont care bout spelling mistakes. on more than on occasion ive spelled "the" or "and" wrong. i hav no place to judge.aNyWaY...isnt it by the same author who did the whole I'd Tell You I Love You, But Then I'd Have to Kill You (Gallagher Girls, #1)

i tried to read the giver and hated it! i hated the concept and it just creeped me out. i am not looking foreward to reading it in language arts class later this year. maybe i should get the fuu when we start the book or something.

i thought the luxe was booring too. i read another book by the same author, bright young things, and liked it much better.

Just finished Legend and recommend it to any Hunger Games fans out there. Honestly, I tried to find something wrong with this book because I devoured all 3 of Suzanne Collins' books (Hunger Games, Catching Fire and Mockingjay)....I read Legend in a 24-hour period. Another great dystopian read.
I am reading Tempest by Holly Hook right at the moment as well as two other books that I've kind of put on pause...for no reason xD I'm hoping after I get through a couple of my review copies, I can finally get to reading Clockwork Prince by Cassandra Clare and Inheritance by Christopher Paolini. :) Maybe eventually.
