thanks. I know that some people hate certain boks and some people love those books. Though I do hate having to stop in the middle of a book- it's annoying. So I try and determine what I think of a book early on if possible so I can avoid leaving in the middle.

There were at least two pages, I think more, of quotes on people saying how wonderful it was, and that was one of them. What.eva.

Amber wrote: "Rae*The Ultimate Percabeth Fan* wrote: "Amber wrote: "I'm reading the the latest Clique Book and Maximum Ride #1."*shudders* What do you think of "These Boots", Amber? I didn't like it much mys..."
It is. middle school ain't that repititive and boring. Right now, I think my own groups drama this past year was more exciting than 'These Boots'. So right now I'm hoping that the next one isn't as terrible.
Jillian -always aspiring- wrote: "Currently reading The Forbidden Game: The Hunter; The Chase; The Kill by L.J. Smith -- and Julian is probably going to be one of my favorite anti-heroes after this. :P..."Yeah. I got an ARC of it, so it was paperback, but I'd actually like a hardback :P
Ohh Jillian, I think you will LOVE IT! It's seriously one of my favorite YA novels OF ALL TIME. :D
And the sequel's coming out in December!

War and PeaceAs much as I love this book (seriously, it's friggin' fantastic) I think I'm going to move to something else for a while. My attention-span does not allow for anything more than 300 pages at the moment.
I have War and Peace at home, Baxter. Though i doubt i will get to reading it for another good couple of years.
Amelia, you liked Sabriel? Would you recommend it?
And I saw Tyssa, you finished The Adoration of Jenna Fox. What did you think of it. I read, and thought it was amazing for the first quarter, but then completely dropped of. I gave it 2.
Id love to know what you thought?
Right now i am reading Monsters of Men by Patrick Ness.
Its the final book in the CHAOS WALKING trilogy.
Let me just say: it. is. Ah-mazing!!!! On every possible level. The series *easily* fits into my top 5.

I'm about to start Uglies has anyone read that one?I really want to read HUNGER GAMES, but I've been told to read UGLIES first and save HG (which I've heard is *better*) for last. So that's the strategy

And no sex at all - no sexual content (scenes) and no talking about sex, either, like in WICKED LOVELY.
I'd recommend it instead. :P
