Great choices! I've read most of these or others by the authors. Finally tried Lynn Viehl after much debating and lucked in at a local used book store as someone got rid of all but the last book in the series. Loved the first and went back and got the others. As for "Outlander", amazing book. Love Jamie.

I went in to Chapters today but didn't find the ones I thought were supposed to be released today (except No Mercy hard cover) but didn't get it. I wasn't totally good though as I still left with 4 books and had my hands on a 5th. I picked up:

Been on a shopping trip today and saw about 300 books I wanted - no I did not buy them all!! I limited myself to three books I've had on my list of series to start on recommendation (I wanted the first Kate Daniels book too but they did not have it!)

So I got and

hahaha. well, said amy. it took a group read for me to pick this book up b/c ive putting it off and off. i dont knoe why maybe it was the cover or the description didnt catch me. it was hard to get through at first but once you get into it more...yes! yes! yes! it is an amazing urban fantasy series!!! you really need to read it. ive only read the firt 2 books so far but soon ill be getting to the next 2. you need to read it. i hope it gets picked for the next group read. it was close only 2 more votes..haha. but anyway, u need to get it.

I totally agree with you Amy, the third book Magic Strikes us definately the best! Everyone keeps saying Magic Bleeds, but for me Strikes is still the best! I am glad that Amy and Mariya managed to covertyou!
