Book to do with toy indian on a shelf. [s]

I remember reading this book in grade four, and I just remembered it the other day...but I cannot remember the name of the book. It had something to do with an Indian on the shelf that would come alive, and the cowboy guy did not like him. That is all I remember, other than the cover had the old-west lettering on it, I believe in orange. Any ideas?
