I just finished book 4 in the Night Huntress series and it solidified why vampires are not my favorite supernatural beast, but of course I love this series. I'm now reading . I don't know how I feel about Denise, but the book is pretty ok so far. My at work book is . Very cute easy to read book. I never knew Kathy Love was so steamy. I avoided this book because of the cheesy cover. Now I won't judge.

How did you like The Heat, Laura? My aunt recommended that author to me.

I liked it. Other than the fact that the heroine kept getting kidnapped(which got a little old) it was a good book, and I have picked up the next few for my nook. I just started Hell Bent by her as well. I like her writing. It is a little wordy so far but it is enjoyable.

I really enjoyed Cold as Ice not as much as the 1st book but it was still an excellent read.
I was happy to see Bastien & Chloe in it as well I like when the author add's updates or brings in prior H/H's so that we see what's going on with them, I hope that trend contiues throughout the series.

I finished book one of the In Death series. I thought it was really good. A little predictable since I figured out who the killer was half way through, but an entertaining read. My only caveat is how quickly the hero fell in love with heroine. I thinks since this series is like 50 books long they could have dragged out the intricacies of their relationship. Now I'm on to book 2. I may take a break after to get into something else.

I have a feeling that some of the Ice H/h's have a cameo in On Thin Ice because she has done that throughout the series. FYI, Anne Stuart is very active on Facebook, so that's how I find out what she's up to.
