I am getting ready to start demonica. It has been on my tbr list for a long time. Some of the reviews on here have helped me to decide to finally start it.

love demonica. -- I thought it started slow and got continually better, so even if you think its slow - keep going.

I truly enjoy the Demonica and the Lords of Deliverance series. One problem I have, though, is picturing in my mind the various beings. I have difficulty with images of the various patients and personnel at UGH (Underworld General Hospital) and Runa. I have given up (even after reviewing again and again) and just have fun with the story line. I'd still recommend reading these series.

I finished and and posted reviews for both. From Heaven to Earth was amazing. I waited until the revised edition was available to post my review and make final comments about it because there were editorial issues that needed to be addressed. Now that those are taken care of the novel really shines and I don't think this is the last time I'm going to talk about it. I highly recommend it for anyone that likes angel paranormal romances. Guys will love it because of the action and hot chicks and girls will love it because of the genuine romantic connections. Gabriel was just okay for me. I think if I had read it first maybe I wouldn't have given it such a hard time but since I had From Heaven to Earth to compare it to many of the problems I had with the novel ruined it for me. I gave Gabriel two stars and the revised From Heaven to Earth five.

You know, I have to say something. I have been in this particular discussion section for more than a year now. This used to have over a hundred a day and now there was 2 postings in a 24 hour period. Anyone out there know what happened? Did everyone go somewhere else more interesting?
I really enjoy reading what others are and have gotten so many good recommendations here. I am sad to see it dwindling.

What got me intrigued and hooked on this series was the characters, the inspiration and challenges the plot brought.

Reading this series is excellent I'm surprised at the low rates by goodreads members. I like me some shifter action some stuff reminds me of the possessive nature held by Curran in the Kate Daniels series and Adam in the Mercy Thompson Series. A must read.

I've noticed a slow down, too. But I also think it goes through cycles. Some days/weeks are busier than others. I was actually amazed at how many people are "members" of this group: over 14000! It would be interesting to see just how many of them have actually commented at all in the past six months. Personally, I do have another group that I comment in more frequently than this one, but I still try to remember to pop in here, too.
