Since your moving on to the second book of the Pack series, I take it that you like them. I knew you would. I wish I could find a similar series. Most shifter series are so serious.

Pansy | 740 comments Finished Betrayed A Cyn & Raphael Novella (Vampires in America, #5.5) by D.B. Reynolds . It was a great plug for the next book. I love Raphael and Cyn. This is a great Vamp series for anyone interested. I also finished At Peace (The 'Burg, #2) by Kristen Ashley . Another excellent KA book. It may be my favorite one.

I feel the same. Wild Man was not my favorite but I loved the series. It was also my first series by KA. I have been reading The Burg series by KA and it is okay. Not as good as Rock Chick or the Colorado series but worth the read.

I needed a light-naughty-fun read and the Pack is doing the deed!

At the same time I'm so loving Phil Gigante narrating the Highlander by KMM. My library only has the first 3 books, sigh... The 3rd book is Circenn Brodie and Lisa Stone (Adam gave him stuffs from the future like tampons, watches, clothings, etc. this one was hilarious)

Mikaela Hanrahan I just finished the hex hall series. At first I thought they were going to be terrible but they turned out to be amazing!!!!!!!

That is probably my only complaint with this one...I think she could have trimmed about 50 pages out of it and still given her readers a great read.

that cover is kind of creepy!!

message 26183: by Jenne (new)

Jenne (jennetheinstigator) | 368 comments Lol you're the second person to say that. The book was actually quite good.

message 26184: by Ezi (new)

Ezi Chinny (ezinwanyi) I tend to chose books by covers, and I would quickly walk by that book at a store. Ick.

It looks more zombie than vampire.

message 26185: by Jenne (new)

Jenne (jennetheinstigator) | 368 comments It has zombies but the girl on the cover is a vamp. I thought the cover promised something dark. I'm burned out on the HEA this week. (I blame it on Seduced in the Dark (The Dark Duet, #2) by C.J. Roberts )

the covers in the rest of the series are pretty creepy too.

I tried the Aisling Grey series by accident and I can't believe I had never heard of these books before!! I haven't laughed so hard because of the snarky funny perverted demon dog!! Plus, those dragon men are hot hot hot!! I was so excited when I heard some of the same characters were in the Silver Dragon series as well.

I love the part in book three where B is battling Lorenzo and has to be taken down to the water by Gio...that scene when she is under water was so powerful.

Building From Ashes (Elemental World, #0.5) by Elizabeth Hunter comes out soon....something to look forward to.
