Lassiter is hilarious. I am at 78% and I cannot put the book down. Who knew Tohr could be so raw and sexy? I will not say anymore for those who have not read yet. It is a true page turner.

The last 3 PNR/UF books that I've read have given me a major case of the blahs. First it was . I'm sorry, peeps. I know some of y'all love it. But I swear to all that is holy, I wanted to incinerate the heroine. slowly. on a stick with marshmallows. and not in a good way. Not sure I can go back to this series.
Anyhoo, then followed with the extreme blahness of and - which I left at 3/4 because I am seriously not into masochism. It's enough to make a girl cringe at the hint of magic or fangs. But I won't give up! I've scoured my TBR list and came up with as my next read. Here's hoping all the recommendations will ring true!

I feel the same way. I am experiencing the BDB "afterglow". It takes a day or two to get over. Crazy4More pegged the term and it describes the feeling perfectly. The book was awesome. It was not her best and she did some things that have me confused but it was a great read. Can't talk about it here.

LOL I've had it since it came out... Believe it or not I bought the hard copy... It's been on my shelf since... Now I'm reading the ebook lol... It was really boring for a bit there just because I found it focused more on others rather then the couple the book is supposed to be about...

I bought mine last year on ebay. But I read books 3-6 back to back, and after that I really needed a break from the series. It might be time to continue it, with all these people raving about Thor's book. But unfortunately, Lover Avenged doesn't seem as popular.

Lover Avenged was one of my favorites,especially after reading the Phury's book(shiver,in a bad way). Love the Rhev!

@Pansy - I am enjoying it. Each book gets better. I won't say that it is as good as Vampires in America though. But an enjoyable quick read. I am actually really enjoying Yvette's story even though I usually prefer my main vamps as male.

I'm on 42 now but it started speeding up for me when we finally saw more interaction between Wehv and Ehlena... So about the time she brought him the meds and he had made her a roast beef dinner... I loved the whole " Just let me bring you coffee. I want to wait on you... Makes me Happy" bit... Really liked that part :)

I felt the same way. I really enjoyed the book but some things I struggled with. Let's just say it....Wellsie. I will not say anything else about it.

We all through the withdrawal. It is that BDB glow. Enjoy it after a day or two then you may be able to stomach something else. Do not read vampire. Read a highlander or shifter. Something totally different.
