Z is my fav of the brothers as well. it's just something about the wounded warriors that is so attracting. i've not read any of the short stories that go in between the series, but i do want to read them. i know there's one about Z and his love interest and i really want to read that one. i really hope u enjoy Z's book.
Yeah I really loved the shifters unbound. I don't think I have a favorite yet. The first one Pride Mates was awesome. I liked how her world is different then most because shifters have to wear theses collars that keep them from shifting when in a rage. They also live in Shifter towns. Kinda reminds me a little of the psy-changeling series. Have you read KMM's Highlander Series?

It is kinda the same as BDB but still different if that makes sense. Lol
@Mommaseymour,i've read the first 3 in the Midnight Breed series. i enjoyed them. will definitely continue with the series. they are a bit similar to BDB but have enough difference to make them great reads as well.

By far my favorite series of all time!! Jamie (sigh)! I hope you enjoy the series as much as I did. I hate to wish time away, but 2013I can't get here fast enough for me so I can endulge in the next installment.
I have to rave about a new series I've just started reading. It's been out for awahile but I must have been under a rock (or something).. I just finished a couple of the books in the
Morganville Vampire series. It's older YA paranormal..with a hint of romance..Anyone else read these?

I've actually read all of Jeaniene Frosts books even the novella's--she's my top favorite author. I love them. This was a re-read--I think it was my 4th or 5th read of the series. I love her spin off's too and I'm really eager for Vlad's book.
oops, didn't realize it was a reread for u =)i also am very eager to read Vlad's book. his such a great character. i was so excited when someone mentioned he had a book coming out as well. i also hope Frost makes a book about Ian. i'm interested to see how things turn for him. to see him fall in love with someone would be great!

I really started to love Ian in her last book. He's really grown on me as a character. At first I hated him and now he cracks me up. The newest character in her last book was awesome. SHe's the best. I haven't been disappointed in any of her books.
same here on Ian. he used to really irritate me. but the banter he keeps up with Justina and Cat is just hilarious. it seems as if he really wants someone special but likes to appear tough. Frost definitely delivers. such a great series.

I totally agree about The Night Huntress series, as well as The Night Huntress World spinoff and I too can't wait for Vlad's book! I have also read all of the Love At The Stake books as well and really enjoyed that one too! Have you read The Immortals After Dark series by Kresley Cole? It's my absolute favorite of all time. Also the Black Dagger Brotherhood by J.R. Ward is very good extremely HOT! As well as her spinoff Fallen Angels. I also recommend The Demonica series by Larissa Ione, I really enjoyed it and the spinoff Lords of Deliverance. I also liked The Highlander series by Karen Marie Moning. I still have to get to The Fever series, The Guild Hunters series, The Iron Fey series! So many great books so little time! Have you read any of the ones I have in my TBR pile yet?

Have you read any of these? I have them to read this week - or as fast as I can get through them LOL! Maybe you might like one of them?
this last one is PNR but I LOVE Heather Killough-Walden and just bought her newest book out :) so it's a must for me. Currently reading and LOVING
. Hope this helps.

Be still my heart... I loved Angelfall and am dying to read the next book. Now I just have to find a way to get an ARC of the next one. Lol.
Just finished.....
. I loved it. Anyone likes the series
then try Exstence out!
@Belkis,i have read some of BDB, The Demonica series and the Immortals After Dark. I like all of them. BDB the best. i'm stuck on Phury's book cause i've heard it's not as great as many would like. it's like i don't want to read his book cause i really like his character and don't want to be disappointed. but then i really want to read about John Matthew. so i know i'll have to read it at some point =)
who's the author of the Iron Fey series? title sounds intriguing.

I hated Ian when he first challenged Bones. But I began liking him(forgot which book)back when Cat took on Mencherez's fire gift. Ian was charming and hilarious, especially when he knocked on the door, breaking Cat&Bones' hotness while yelling out, "payback".
Domino (aka Meme) wrote: "@Belkis,i have read some of BDB, The Demonica series and the Immortals After Dark. I like all of them. BDB the best. i'm stuck on Phury's book cause i've heard it's not as great as many would l..."
Phury's book is really good and if you like him, you need to read his story. I loved it!

. If you're into a good ER with some suspense, sweet romance and humor, you'll have fun with this read. Be warned, it's erotic...it is what it is...Continue with my read of

You know what, I went through the same thing went it was my turn to read Phury's book but like you I needed to get to the other ones and didn't want to skip over it so I read it and it was fine. ultimately I thought, you know what, all people are different so book characters need to be different as well. Go on and read it I'm sure you'll be fine with it and make your own decisions on whether you like it or not. It wasn't my personal fav but it was good. N yeah, you so need to get to John Matthew's book like asap! so jump to it LOL! John's book is one of my faves for this series. The author of the Iron Fey series is Julie Kagawa and there are 4 books plus 2 novellas in the series. I've had them in my TBR shelf FOREVER and somehow haven't read them yet but EVERYONE"S uuuuing & ahhhhhhing over them and I own them all just have so many great books to get to! I'm sure we all suffer from this same shameful condition :P but yes, most definitely go for them I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Also great one the Fever series by KMM which I'm also reading finally this month as well and the Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare!

thanks for the input Teresa. i'm glad at least one person liked his book. i will read it. it's just behind a few books i've rented.
You are killin' me with the comments on Night Huntress. I'm just starting
so I JUST met Ian. I am forsaking my plan to read
because I just had to get back to Bones. I think after just coming off of Lothaire, I needed something with some good humor. The end of Lothaire had me cracking up!btw, this isn't a complaint about spoilers, I really don't worry about 'em. If I didn't want to know I wouldn't read about 'em.

I bought the third one and now I kind of regret it. The second one left such a bad impression. Why is she making the women so weak in this series? It is really annoying. It could have been a great series. Well, this is just my opinion. I am curious about the third with the twins. Sounds quite raunchy.
I just finished
on audio. It was good. Turned out better than I thought. Extremely long. Also finished
. Heroine was so annoying that I give the book 2 stars. I am now reading
. It is so similar to our McKay Cowboys. If you need a Rough Riders fix, this will do the trick.

Isn't it true how starting a good series can just feel great and when you come to the end you wonder if you'll ever find something that feels like that again?

Yes, it sucks loving a series and than trying to find another, but luckily for us all, we have Goodreads. And you just can't help but get excited over someone's great find and rec's.
Right now I'm reading Magic Burns by Ilona Andrews. It's a great read so far, and even better than the previous instalment.
