I'm reading Wander Dust
right now. It's my first experience reading first person PRESENT tense. Do you guys like reading that? It's a bit jarring sometimes. I'm really liking the story, though.

His story is good too. I love how Cullen is so easy going and fun and everyone loves him--but for me, I like the big scary doms. LOL

Thanks Sheri! I'm a little less then 200 pgs in and I can't wait to see how it all works out. I'm kinda scared honestly, I saw someone put that they didn't like the end. I hate to know what's going to happen so I can't look anymore. :)

I'm guessing you've already read Mercy Thompson? Another favorite series of mine is Eileen Wilks World of the Lupi. Tempting Danger is the first in the series.
I can't think of anything that quite compares to Patricia Briggs but you could also try Rachel Caine's Weather Warden series, as it also features a relationship that develops over the course of the series.

I finished

The Sookie books have parts in a club.
Also the Night Huntress
Charley Davidson
The parts in bars are small, but I hope that helps.
