Lilly Cain (lilly_cain) | 3 comments I thought I would read some YA paranormal work to see what my kids would be reading soon. Not Bad. I am reading "Need" by Carrie Jones. I haven't updated my page count on here, but I am almost finished - impression - scarry enought for a teen I suppose. Well written, but you can see the difference in adult vs teen. Although the story is good, I wished it had gone further.

Natasha--I have read Armstrong's Darkest Powers series and you really need to read them in order otherwise you will be totally lost.

I ♥ Bookie Nookie (bookienookiereviews.blogspot.com) (ibookienookie) I have to ask--is the Georgina Kincaid series by Richelle Mead that good? (I have been on the waiting list at the library since October for the first one.) Succubus Blues (Georgina Kincaid, #1) by Richelle Mead

Yes, it will. It is one of the rough spots with those books. It is a bit hard to get into, but the end will make you have a hard time putting the book down.

Joyce, I thought Dead Witch Walking was only OK, but the series defintely gets better. It's one of my favorite series. My big complaint with DWW is the "Mink Thing." If you've gotten that far in the book or if you've read the book, you know what I'm talking about. When I read it a couple of years ago I wasn't sure I was going to read the next book, but I picked up the second book at the library (it was just calling my name) & it was really good and I was hooked.
