Currently reading
and I am really loving the characters and the dialog, the setting all of it so far...and the best part is it's free in kindle right now!
Heidi wrote: "...and the best part is it's free in kindle right now!"Heidi, it's no longer free on amazon.
Just finished
as a "buddy read" and it was fun. Link to my review.Still reading
as a "buddy read" - and it is still good!

Read
yesterdayI'm starting
and really looking forwards to it! I loved the rest of PC's I-Team series!
Bekah wrote: "Autumn, what did you think of Extreme Exposure???? I'm thinking about diving into that series next. "OMG! Beckah, i LOVED the first book. I will nail those series this month!!
Katherine wrote: "I'm reading Mr. Impossible and enjoying it very much."i enjoy that book a lot too Katherine.
Nicole wrote: "I just started Eleven Scandals to Start to Win a Duke's Heart. I'm excited but doubtful that it can live up to Nine Rules to Break When Romancing a Rake."Nicole I agree I just loved "Nine Rules" that I think I expect too much from the other books.
Finished
and loved it! 5*Read
last night, really liked it - 4* (because Robin gave me whiplash with his moods, lol)
Finished
and
.. 4.5* for the first, which was a reread, and 4* for the second: I loved the angst, but Rome, although his issues had me tearing up, was an asshat, lol!
I;m reading
- this unconventional Regency romance follows a clash of cultures between an English hero and American heroine. An unusual and enjoyable read.
Oh, that sounds interesting Grace!I am now reading Dangerous in Diamonds at home, and hoping to finish Outlander on audio at work this week, that thing is killing me!
I just started Nine Rules to Break When Romancing a Rake. I've heard so many good things about it, so hopefully it lives up to my expectations!

currently reading
(I'm addicted to this series!) and
, and listening to
on audio book at work. Still trying to get through
.
Just started
as part of the group read - the reviews look awesome. I bought it and was then shocked to find its Victorian, not regency (oh la la - how will I cope. LOL) It's ages since I've been unfaithful to the regency.
So many good books posted! :-)Listening to:
Read it years ago and thought I'd listen this time. Man-oh-man! It still holds up!Don't tell Dhestiny, but I'm finally reading
. I don't want her to get overexcited at her age. Also reading
with a GR friend. It is really very good too!Man-oh-man! Three excellent books - maybe I'm the one who'll get overly excited. LOL!
Lisa - The Unsung Hero is a good book, and a great start to a great series! Except for the last one, Breaking the Rules, I highly recommend the whole series!
I just finished Gentle Rogue, my 3rd Lindsey book, and one I finally love! The first two in the Mallory series I didn't like, but this one has convinced me to keep going on, so tomorrow I will start The Magic of You, and try to knock out more of Dangerous in Diamonds tonight before bed!
seton wrote: "dnf-ed One Whisper Away"What was it about the book that kept you from being able to finish it?
UniquelyMoi *~*Dhestiny*~* wrote: "seton wrote: "dnf-ed One Whisper Away"What was it about the book that kept you from being able to finish it?"
technically, I could have finished it . . . if I wanted to be bored some more. it was very by-the-numbers
seton wrote: "technically, I could have finished it . . . if I wanted to be bored some more. it was very by-the-numbers "I've had books like that. They read more like a text book than a fictional novel.
Lisa - I just got Naked in Death out of the library this weekend! I am also reading
and
. I needed a break from all the regencies.
Speaking of textbook, I'm having a hard time finishing
...I keep feeling like I've read so much, yet I'm still not half way through. I am interested in the story but I just need it to get moving...and the medical details, holy cow, interesting at first but taking any romance out of the book for me...oh wait I'm still waiting for the romance to come into the book!
Starting
. Having trouble getting through the series. It's not bad just not up to Kleypas' "Wallflowers" or Quinn's "Bridgerton" series.
Katherine wrote: "It's not bad just not up to Kleypas' "Wallflowers" or Quinn's "Bridgerton" series. ."Not many things are. *sigh*
Glad to hear you're liking that one, Heidi. I tend to assume that if something was free, it probably isn't very good. Thankfully I've been proven wrong on that!
