Dhes - I only found the first two of the Texas series on BWB, but haven't ordered them yet, lol.. But I have all three of the Rogues in Texas, thank goodness:-) I actually just finished
, and it was just as good... so heart-wrenching! I think I'm going to give my poor heart a break before getting to Kit's story tomorrow!! I am so happy I love LH! I wouldn't have known what to do with all my books otherwise, lol

A whole new world of possibilities!!:-)
Lisa Kay - I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I did:-)
I'm going to reread
before bed... It's been a while and I remember really enjoying it:-)
Since
comes out Tuesday, I'll need to be done reading whatever I'm reading by then.I'm almost done with
and LOVING it, then I'm going to read some shorts - probably
and
At the pace that I'm reading the BDB, I'll be ready to read LU by the end of the year. :)I'm reading now When a Man Loves a Weapon. There's something about this book that doesn't feel like the other two in the series...
Finished
and it was just as good as the first time:-)I'm so looking forwards to Lover Unleashed! I'll have to read the last two books to remember everything, but really looking forwards to it!

The Quick is a classic, a light read.
D.G. ~The Devil's Harlot~ wrote: "Never Let Me Go is tough and depressing. Good book though!"Then I won't start it tonight, but I really want to read the book before watching the movie!!! Looking forwards to it however:-D
Carol wrote: "I've pre-ordered

Finished
(which was amazing!) and
. Currently reading
and debating whether to start
or
on audio book...
The series is gooooood, Bekah! The best part about starting late on a popular series is that you have so many yummy books to look forward to!
When I started, the first 6 had been released, so I was like a zombie, up all night, reading all day, and my family ate whatever they could get their hands on because they learned really fast not to bother me.

I started a Buddy Read thread, DG, if you're interested.

I'm barely up to book #4, Dhes and I'll probably read it in a month or so (just requested it from the library.)
I'm reading
-a collection of three sexy adult stories by Lila DiPasqua, each one inspired by a popular children's fairy tale.
Carol wrote: "I'm reading

Bekah wrote: "what did you not like about Anne Stuart Well I really enjpyed my first read by her- which must have been Ruthless and then tried a couple of others to find them also very enjoyable although the heroes were a bit samey. Hated the contemporary of hers I tried- terribly thin plot and fluffy female and horrible hero. Then I tried this one and just found the hero unbearable. I'd have admired the heroine a lot more if she hadn't been so wet and just gone along with his evil plot! Maybe I'll come back to her historicals later but this whole "how mean can the hero be" thing has hit my limit- this was too mean!

Bekah wrote: "I agree D.G.! And since I already own 7 of the books, I hope I love it!!!!"I tried the first but wasn't grabbed. I'm not in the majority.
I was worried about MJP because I had read some of her shorter stories and while they were good, they weren't great. So when I read Thunder and Roses, I was kind of nervous, but ended up liking it! I finally posted the review today, as a matter of fact, and gave you a shout out, Mshj!

ok, gotcha!!! I think that sort of mean hero needs to be taken in doses.

Dhes, I'm on page 63, about half way through the first story. It's really HOT AND SPICY ! Probably quite tame although for a SMUTAHOLIC like you! The stories are set against the background of the French court of Louis XIV and so it makes a pleasant change from England.
Carol wrote: "Probably quite tame although for a SMUTAHOLIC like you! "**blushes**
I finished reading
last night and some of those scenes had me fanning myself!! I love it when mainstream romance can heat up the pages without being too graphic.
Mshj wrote: "I haven't read any of MJP's paranormals and I'm not particularly tempted. Are any of them recommended? "i personally wouldnt recommend any of em but
A Kiss of Fate: A Novel was readable.

I read the first 5 or 6 just to get the vernacular of everyone's cray-cray. They kinda made me want to gouge my eyes out but I can understand the appeal. I just dont share it.
UniquelyMoi *~*Dhestiny*~* wrote: "I was worried about MJP because I had read some of her shorter stories and while they were good, they weren't great. Bekah wrote: "bout to be done with
and will be moving on to A Kiss at Midnight"I love Kiss at Midnight. It was a 5* for me. Hope you like it.
Huh.. I guess I'll give TMS a try sometime, as well as T&R, but Mshj, you're scaring me away, lol:-DOh, I'm also going to receive Lover Unleashed this week! definitely looking forwards to it!
I just received The Tea Rose in the mail this morning:-)
And finished
last night.. I actually had to wake up my boyfriend to hold me because I was crying so hard, lol.. Poor guy.. He's like "but WHY do you read books or watch movies you KNOW are sad?"... I just pat him on the chest and tell him he wouldn't understand, lol
This almost finishes up this series for me. I have really enjoyed it! I'm staring on Jory Strong next.
