Caleb sat down in his assigned seat in Charms. So far there was no one sitting around him. He sat quietly, lost in thoughts. Lyra dominated most of them.
((HI PEOPLE I DONT KNOW!! I'M NEW!! I'm Annie. =) ))((BTW Avery intro'd herself.))
((wow. is everybody here, LittleDolphin, is Lyra here))
Avery looked at the new girl, she hadn't met her yet but wasn't happy with all the people by her; she waved.
Ivi glared at Lyra. "Remember, Episky!" she whispered to her as she passed by.
Avery shrunk in her seat, looking at the group. It was so hard living here, yeah she loved magic and the teachers but with everyone it was all so tense and it irked her.
((lolz irked. btw if this sounds.....crappy))"Welcome to Charms!" Prof. Evans said. "Today's lesson is on Wingardium Leviosa! Raise your hand if you know what it does.
Ivi raised her hand.((People, you should know this))
Avery raised her hand, rolling her eyes. boring.
Ava raised her hand and shook it back and forth showing that she barely new it, but has done it before.
((she did mean you guys))"Ms. Lupin, then Ms. Brandon," Prof. Evans said.
She nodded, looking at ((ummm...Lupin)) to start.

Caleb thought he knew what it meant from his short previous schooling in America, but he didn't raise his hand. He was still very distracted, and tried to get himself back to reality. He pulled out his wand and polished it briefly on his robe, looking up at the professor.
Avery raised his hand after a moment's hesitation. He'd learned the spell from his mum so long ago that it was hard to think back that far.
((Lupin's first name is Lyra. Wow... Seeing two Averys is weird. :)_))
((hahhha it'd be funny if My Avery and your Avery got together like together together.))
"Correct, 5 points to Slytherin," He said. "Ms. Brandon? Anything to add?"((I is nice))

"You use a 'swish and flick' motion when casting." Ivi replied.
Ava looked over atLyra, then back at the teacher.
Crap, I so could have said that...actually...I winder if anyone would have understood my raspy voice. Dumb spells.She frowned, feeling stupid.
"Correct," he said. "Five points to Hufflepuff."((If your goin to say that this is unfair, look at how many points Hufflepuff has thanks to somebody))

Avery did the 'swish and flick' motion with his wand under his desk.
((Take a deeeep breath people.))
Avery smiled, raising her hand.
((kays. And every other prof. try to be better than we were, cuz we were pretty sad.))"Now we're going to try it on the feathers in front of you."

Avery pointed his wand at the feather and intoned the familiar latin spell, swishing and then flicking his wrist. The feather rose and hovered several inches in the air.
((yes, yes I was))"Wingardium Leviosa!" Ivi whispered. Her feather began to float up.
Avery picked up the feather, laid it on her hand and rasped out the spell, it raised, floating two inches then, as she smiled, around her with a flick of her wrist.
"Good!" Prof. Evans said.
Ava took her wand and then did the swish and flick motion feeling like a r-tard untill she got it up in the air on the third turn with the perfect prenounciation of Wingardium Leviosa.
Avery giggled a little as it floated aroun her, spinning and twisting.
Ivi watched it go up silently. She set it back down on her desk.
Why do I feel so......different? Ivi thought. She sighed.

Avery tried not to feel bad as he watched his twin brother. After all, he was a Slytherin. And he seemed happy about that. But Avery still felt a tiny bit bad for Caleb.
((BECUASE UR A PUREBLOOD HUFFLEPUFF!!! lol))Ava smiled as she made it spin as it floated down.
Ave frowned,try thisshe write on a paper. She swishes and flicked her wrist dramaticly.
((*glares at Minnie*))Daniel chuckled. "Here's another one," he said as he flicked it over to Caleb.
Ave sent the paper to Avery, swishing her wrist dramticly.
((*hiss*))Ivi sighed as the ashes fell onto her and her robes. "Tergeo!" She muttered underneath her breath. Instantly the soot fell off.
