In 2009 I read a loooot more than this number of books, but as my life will rather change quite much in this year, I predict I'll read much less than in last year :( Let's see how it'll be...

nice to see you here, quite unexpectedly i must admit =)you're gonna do great this year, i'm sure, mate =)
Thanks Andrea :)Finally I have a book to post here ;) If the rest will be as good as this one it'll be not a bad year ;)
1. Tales from Earthsea by Ursula K. Le Guin
Aga, another member of this group (Yas) says she highly recommends "Empress Orchid". What did you think of it?
Kay - I would also recommend it :) It seems to be a fiction try of describing the life of one of the last Empresses in the history of this country. It's nicely written, has interesting plot (at least for me, I like this kind of books :)) and characters. And I always enjoy to read the description of cultures other than mine, especially about so different one. It's an interesting read IMHO :)

Hi, Aga is it? If it's the same one Im thinking of, I've heard good things about the Earthsea trilogy. Is this the same book Im thinking of, and can you maybe tell me if it was a good book or not?
Jenn, I love all 6 books! It seems it was suppose to be trilogy, but then it somehow finished with 6 books (even if some people will argue with this ;)). I will recommend reading it for sure. Enjoy and give me know how did you like it :)
Thank you, and I understand the whole trilogy to six books thing, one of my favorite series, The Dragonlance Chronicles was like that. (Makes it very difficult to find them at the bookstore when I thought I lost one! =D) Anyway, I'll have to check that out, thank you so much!
Your welcome, it's always a pleasure to share opinions about books, especially about good books! Good luck!

Charlen - it was my first book of this author, but now I'll try to read more :) It was really compelling, interesting plot, I really liked it. In its' category it was for sure one of the best books which I lately read. Even with my busy life now I was reading it just 4 days and it's almost 500 pages :)
