I love this series, Darcy, and hope you like this book!"
Have you read Hourglass?

Oh, yes! Read it last month and can hardly wait for the next one. I HATE cliffhangers!!

Me too! I hated how the ending was rather predictable but it still kept me on the edge of my seat, so that made up for it. Lol.

Everybody has The Reckoning! It's not fair! AH!

Ya ! it's pretty good so far. It's really sad though what happened to Anna.

I also really like Anna and Charles, their story is so sweet and I love how they are learning to deal with each other. I imagine Brother wolf could be a little challenging.

Possibly you can't get a book c..."
It might have been, but I couldn't get it for Changes either. I've tried multiple times and I know that at least some of the time I've used the right name. I gather from the fact that you got it, that it is now available.

I just finished that a week ago-it was great. A certain someone starts to find some peace and the road to a happy ending. I think you'll really enjoy it.

I'm starting Changeless today too.

Loved Silver Borne (Mercedes Thompson, #5), it was a wonderful book. I just finished Hunting Julian which was stinky.

It really is a great read."
It was fantastic! I gave it 5 stars.. If there had been more stars available I would have given more. It was just the epitome of everything I love about Mercy. When's the next one out??? LOL.

Hunting Julian is that one of the newer ones from Jacqueline Frank? If it is I wasn't sure if I wanted to even attempt it. I liked her early stuff but then I just wasn't able to get through any of her books. I couldn't even get through Noah.

The library got it right away when it was released, 17 copies, sadly I was #37 on the list and I had to wait for them all to turn over once before my number came up.
I am about 2/3's of the way through and it is really good.

Yes, that series is addictive. When you're done you should absolutely read First Drop of Crimson. It's a spin-off. This book is about Spade and it's great.

Yes, th..."
Oh I will, eventually :)

I have already read all of the current books in the following series and I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions on other series I can start while I am waiting for the new releases in these series.
Here are the series I have read so far:
Twilight (Stephenie Meyer)
Black Dagger Brotherhood (J.R. Ward)LOVED THIS SERIES!!!
Dark Hunter (Sherrilyn Kenyon)
The League (Sherrilyn Kenyon)
Midnight Breed (Lara Adrian)
Demonica (Larissa Ione)
Fallen Angels (J.R. Ward)
Dorina Basarab (Karen Chance)
Cassie Palmer (Karen Chance)LOVED THIS SERIES!!!
Mercedes Thompson (Patrica Briggs)
Night Huntress - Cat and Bones (Jeaniene Frost)LOVED THIS SERIES!!!
Night Huntress World (Jeaniene Frost)
Sookie Stackhouse (Charlaine Harris)
Alpha and Omega (Patricia Briggs)
Anita Blake (Laurell K. Hamilton) I read all the books until book 10 then I stopped reading this series and I was sorry I ever started - Hamilton ruined the main character for me and I will not continue this series or read anything else by this author.

May BOM suggestions

How about:
Full Moon Rising (Riley Jensen) by Keri Arthur
Bitten (Women of the Otherworld) by Kelley Armstrong
Dark Protector (Paladins) byAlexis Morgan
Dead Witch Walking(Rachel Morgan/Hollows) by Kim Harrison

Although I feel differently about both the books and the author, I think that the way you are dealing with the fact that you no longer want to read her is the right way to deal with it.
I've voted with my feet with other authors, so I respect doing that with this one as well.
In this case, it is also OK to explain what you don't want in a UF series.
I'd like to second the Kim Harrison series. Rachel is a young woman and she is interested in men, which is normal, but sex is not what the series is about.
I'm not suggesting the Keri Arthur series however because it really is even more about sex than the LKH books are. The main character can't help herself. If you can't deal with Anita not being able to help herself, you will like this even less since it really isn't explained well.
I liked Bitten. Didn't care for the rest of that series, but others like it a lot. Don't know the Dark Protector series at all.

Thanks for the ideas. I did start reading Dead Witch Walking last year, but I was unable to get through the first book. But I have heard that the rest of the series gets better. So maybe I will try again.

Starling: I really did like the first few books in the Anita Blake series. And I actually liked Richard. But I just felt that the main character changed so much in the later books and I no longer respected her.
Anyway, thanks for the suggestions and I will try to start the Kim Harrison books again. I started Dead Witch Walking last year but had a hard time getting through it. Maybe I will pick it up again.
