Exactly. Rose doesnt need someone to take care of her. They can just lay wards around their house too. And dimitri knows NOTHING about taking care of someone anyway. But adrian has from the start.
No actually Dimitri knows alot remeber when rose hurt her hands in training he cleaned them up and he gave her Zen lessons. Which believe or not actually do work my grandpa used to give them to me.
The zen life thing didnt do crap for rose. And those cuts wouldve healed anyway. Especially bcz lissa couldve healed them like that *snaps fingers*. And im not really talking about physically. Adrian has been there for rose since he first met her. Too bad it took till the end of BP for her to realize that.

You can't just say it like that. You can't fully blame him for being cold and trying to push Rose away. He sees that Adrian was good enough for her therefore he tried to get over her, along with the fact that he's traumatized about the time when he was strigoi. Dimitri is someone who is selfless and generous. However, I do like Adrian as well. Even though Rose and Adrian make a cute couple the two doesn't compare with the relationship Rose has with Dimitri. It's kinda obvious who she'll most likely end up with.

And he was in complete control over himself when he so rudely and coldly pushed away. Adrians 10x better but i dont think shes gonna end up with him. Ha, just saw another debate that tickled my fancy. Dimitri. *sigh* Dimka, Dimka, Dimka. He got himself into a real mess, didnt he? I think he rejected Rose so much because he honestly thought he was protecting her. You could tell from the first scene in Vampire Academy when they are all in Kirova's office after taking the walk of shame in the cafateria that he liked her, even if it was only a little bit. He stood up for her (on many, MANY ocassions), right?? He volunteered his extra time to help her learn to protect Lissa, right???? He helped her find self respect when Jesse was trying to take advantage of her, right????? HE FREAKIN HAD SEX WITH HER ON 2 AND A HALF (Vampire Academy, Victor's lust charm) TIMES, RIGHT???????? HE WOULD LAY HIS LIFE, REPUTATION, AND SOUL DOWN FOR HER, RIGHT??????????? I think it's a safe assumption that he LOVES her. That being said, he would want only the very, very best for her, even if it hurts him. And, using his sweetly twisted Dimka logic, he assumed that her "best" option was to be away from him, for him to pretend like he didnt love her anymore. Unfortunatly for him, that gave Adrian a handhold on her wounded and bleeding heart, which is the only reason he ever even made it into the equation. Dimitri accidently let him in. But, despite all the complications Adrian made, they found each other in the end. Dimitri was hers, and she was his. That's how it was always supposed to be :)

Well good luck with that one. Read The Last Sacrifice yet? Hrmm read it and then come back and tell me that Dimitri pushes her away. Well clearly that's ur opinion. To me, Adrian is more of the cute and flirty bad boy type whereas Dimitri is just smexy and mysterious. She's not obsessed LOL she's in love!!! That's what happens when you're head over heels. She loves Adrian too though.

I'VE READ THE F'N BOOK!!!!!!!!!! I KNOW WHO SHE CHOSE!!!!!!!!! SHE CHOSE DIMITRI!!!!!!!!!to heck with Adrian cuz he didnt even come in until the second book!! And Adrian most certainly did NOT give all of that up for Rose because if you had read Last Sacrifice you would know that while she's gone he goes right back to drinking and smoking and all that crap he always did. Dimitri would NEVER do ANYTHING to intentionally hurt her. NEVER. The only thing that made Adrian even barely worth Rose's time was that he funded her trip to Siberia. That's it. All the Adrian fans are reading too much into him. He is all air and no substance. This is Rose's story, not his. Rose chose Dimitri because they understand each other absolutely and without question. And do you know what Adrian deserves? Exactly what he got. Nothing.

Okay honestly this is just a story and your really pissing me off. I already knew she ended up with dimitri but i (unlike you) was considerate enough not to spoil it for those who didnt. Adrian deserves someone who accually loves him back and isnt CAUSING him to go back to his old ways.

Well Adrian is the one who chose to go back to his old ways. Even Rose tried preventing him. He chose to believe that Rose was using him and never actually felt anything for him. it's a book. stop freaking out. other people post spoilers all the time, and no one says anything to them. you are only picking on me because i am team dimitri, and i won't stand for it. anyone with an ounce of common sense would've known she ended up with dimitri. you didnt even have to read last sacrafice to know it. Richelle said so herself in an interveiw that she carefuly plans out all of her novels before writing them, so it's a safe bet that she was going to introduce the most important charecter (in matters of love) first. Who was the man she saw standing out of her window? Who was the man that she acknowledged, even while attepmting to defend Lissa, was really hot? Who was the man that she had to love and he had to love her back in order for the lust spell to work? Dimitri. And that was only in the first book. Adrian wasn't even introduced until the second book, and even then Rose didn't like him too much until Spirit Bound. I am so sick of having to point that out. So, while I respect Team Adrian and really did like him until some people make me wish he had been killed slowly and painfully , stop being so dramatic and respect what the author wrote. And, may I point out, Miranda, that you replied to my first comment first, so I did'nt start this. That is all I have to say to this section of this group.
