Ha ha, very cute Sarah. I would give you a :) if I weren't so :( over the delays. Dealing with book distributors (Ingram, Baker & Taylor) is like dealing with the mob c. 1954---you gotta know somze guyz. But any bookstore ought to be able to order you any book if you slip em the ISBN (and a generous tip).(Thanks for the thread, girlfriend).
