I hate how much it costs to travel! I just booked our tickets to Greg's family reunion in June in Spokane and it came out to $704 just for the airfare! *gagging, choking, gasping for air*

And that doesn't even include the rental car, gas, and possible lodging. We *might* be staying with his family, but aren't sure yet.

Try flying out/to Alaska Theresa. It is Cheaper for me to fly to Germany, then it is to the continental US. I'm looking at atlest 900 per person every time we leave. So we really don’t leave anymore. Forget about driving out of Alaska. 5 day trip threw Canada or 500 bucks per axle on the ferry. Thankfully Alaska is so great we don't really need to leave much.

Let's stalk her. Sounds like she has valuable information that we could ALL put to good use. It's certainly worth a couple nights in jail if it means gallavanting willy-nilly across Europe when we get out.

closer to 3 hours. But then I am on a plain for a few hours, then the drive home. I should be in my comfort zone in about 12 hours.

i know how she did it KD; no savings to speak of and lots and lots of credit card debt. i dated a guy who did the same thing (at least, he had been doing it until he destroyed his credit and then he tried living off of me--not that i had any money either, since i was still in school--until i got sick of it and left him).
