Haven't read it,so, you guys carry on. Hopefully the next group reads is something I can get my hands on.
How about you guys make a list of books that are like Septimus Heap that you can get, so we could have you in the group read next month?

That sounds like great series.

I haven't even started yet, because I have to read books for school to make points, and I've already read that book for school. Also I'm starting on the Percy Jackson books. So I'll try to get started on it over x-mas break.

That sounds like great series.

Thanks! I hope this helps. Some of my suggestions are: Charlie Bone, Leven Thumps, and Percy Jackson. For single books, you could try The Goose Girl or Princess Academy.
All good suggestions! I've been meaning to start the Leven Thumps series and The Goose Girl.

we could read some of the Eva Ibbotson [the author:] books ...
I've read one of them , and their really good .... their not exactly magykal though ...
but we could try them out ????

Um,so,maybe the whole Group Reads thing will be much better if we can pick any book. Deciding on only Magic doesn't seem to be working out that much.

The one I've read is Journey To The River Sea.
It's really awesome...from my side.
... [to Meghana: its there in our school library]

Really? I wanted to read that book, but if it was confusing/boring because of the references I probably won't read it.

and OHHHH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!
I totally forgot to tell you guys !
there's another book written by Angie Sage .. its called Araminta Spook. We definitely have to add it to Group Reads!!! I havent read it yet , but I just thought I'd tell you guys since it was another book by Angie Sage
have any of you guys read it ?? or at least heard of it?
[Meghana, you said you were suppost to get it from the library ?????:]
I've heard of it, I never read it yet.

=)
Thanks for the advice, Diana. I like books that are written in or like it was wrote 50 years ago because it has a little more description and better wording in most books. I won't put it on my 'must-read' list, but it's still on my to-read.

The 39 Clues (Series) Puzzle solvers rejoice!! xD
Fablehaven (Series) Magical and mythological
Percy Jackson and the Olympians (Series) Love it... The movie will stink though...
Ella Enchanted, It is WAY different then the movie
Fairest... A favorite of mine.. A remake on Snow White, except awesomer
The Two Princesses of Bamarre... I think that is how it is spelt... The gray death is a deadly plague, and when a courageous princess catches it, can her shy younger sister journey on a quest to save her life? Magical!! xD
Any books by Sharon Creech. They're so touching. Like Walk Two Moons and Chasing Redbird
There are also books by Frances O'Roark Dowell, I think.. Like 'Where I'd like to Be.' And 'The Secret Language of Girls,' and it's sequel, 'The Kind of Friends we Used to Be.'
The Percy Jackson movie looks AWESOME!
To me it does, the digital effects look great. The director of 'Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone' did a great job.

I totaly agree! Have u read the series yet? It's really good
Yeah, finished the whole series. It was great! :) Percy is very funny.
Any book suggestions for January read??
