Vampires vs. Werewolves Roleplay (The one with twilight charries)

Jacob didn't answer, he didn't want to upset her but he didn't want to lie. "It'll go away," he said eventually.

"Seriously, Jacob. Please tell me?" Susannah asked again.
((G2G))

Jacob sighed and lifted the side of his shirt to show a small part of a visibly healing burn.

Susannah gasped. "I'm so sorry." she said, her eyebrows furrowing in concern and guilt.

"I went with him, I let him take me away from you and I shouldn't have," Rebecca said. "I didn't want to but the poison.." she stopped and buried her face in his chest.

"Shh. . ." Zach said softly, gently rubbing her back. "It's alright."

"I'm still really sorry." Susannah said. "Is there anything I can do to help you?"

"Maybe we should get out of the middle of the street," Rebecca said, lifting her head out of his chest.

Jacob pulled her onto his lap. "I'm sure," he said.

Susannah leaned against him gently, so as not to hurt him anymore. "Do you see what I mean now? About how easily he can hurt you?"

Rebecca laid her head on his shoulder as they walked.

"He would have dodged regardless," Jacob said.

"Then I should have been faster. There was time - though not much of it - to alter the course of the fireball. I just wasn't fast enough." Susannah said.

"Zach I don't want to go back to him," Rebecca said. "I don't want to have to leave you, and say that he's better than you, or feel like I have to love him."

"I don't want you to any more than you do." Zach said.

"Just forget about it okay," Jacob said. "In a little while I won't even be burned anymore."

"I didn't think of that," Rebecca sighed.

"But she," Zach said, tapping the side of her head. "Has been helping."

Jacob held Susannah closer but winced slightly as he did so.

More like not, Rebecka said in both of their heads.

"Why?" Jacob asked nervously.

"Because I don't feel right wearing it when the possibility of Alek just suddenly showing up and casting that stupid spell on me is high. I can't keep my promise while under that spell, Jacob. And this ring's important. I don't want what it means, what it stands for, to be tainted by those times." Susannah said.

"I don't want to lose the feeling of loving you again," Rebecca said sadly.

"I feel the same way." Zach said.

Jacob closed his hand around the ring and nodded.

Rebecca's head whipped around looking for the source of the noise when Alek, unknowingly, arrived where they were.
Alek stopped when he saw Zach and Rebecca, he was tempted to just leave her for a moment but then decided that he had lost enough that day and would not lose anymore.

Zach moved so that he was in front of Rebecca, partly covering her.

"Come on Rebecca," Alek said, "we're going."
Rebecca shook her head, not lifting it from Zach's shoulder.
"But I should be able to do more when it concerns you," Jacob said.

Susannah shook her head. "When it comes to someone like Alek, I'm amazed you've done as much as you have."

"I wasn't talking to you," Alek said reaching into his pocket. "Now Rebecca I believe I said it was time to go," he said pulling out the bag of witch hazel. {{I decided that that was the poison because I was tired of calling it just the poison all the time.}}
Rebecca started to shake when she saw the witch hazel, and pressed more against Zach's side.

"What do you want with her?" Zach asked.

Rebecca whimpered and shrank away.
"I guess so," Jacob said.

Alek hissed and hit him, knocking him out of the way. He grabbed Rebecca's arm and she began to struggle, trying to pull away.

Jacob leaned his head back on the couch, closed his eyes, and soon fell asleep.

Susannah got off of his lap, and sat next to him instead when she noticed he was sleeping so he could sleep more comfortably.
Zach held her close.
