Sarah (songgirl7) I hate it when I leave my book somewhere! But now I'm usually reading several at once, so if I leave one somewhere I have another one I can read.

Sarah (songgirl7) Vicki, the Depp verison is much better. First of all it's Sondheim. Second of all it's Johnny Depp. Third it's probably the best thing Tim Burton's ever done.

Also, I'm going to call you "Vicky/Vickie" if you don't spell "Sweeney" right.

Jackie "the Librarian" I was surprised at how powerful Burton's Sweeney Todd was. I thought it would be a macabre romp, but it was devastating. And Johnny Depp's singing gave me chills. I wanted to like Helena Bonham Carter, but sadly, she was more of a distraction than anything else.

I dropped a book in the bathtub, once. I can't recall losing books, but I have bought books I already owned, on more than one occasion.
