Gil's All Fright Diner is our Member's choice book for November. We'll start discussions on the 15th.

Have you read it? Planning on reading it?

I finished a couple of days ago (yup, that's right, I'm actually on time for one of our group reads! It's been a while!)

Shannon (theholyterror) | 132 comments Wait a minute ... there's zombies in this one too?!? I didn't even realize that. So that's what, a four book zombie streak?

Too strange.

I actually don't plan on reading this one for the challenge. It sounds funny though so I might pick it up some time in the future. Right now I've got too many other books and other things going already.

Hope everyone enjoys it though.

Joseph (bluemanticore) | 26 comments Shannon, rethink, please! :-) Gil's All Fright Diner was a fun read primarily because it was so different. It was such a unique mix of urban fantasy, romance, adventure, horror, and comedy. And it can actually be a quick read, you could probably finish it in at least one day.

Shannon (theholyterror) | 132 comments Nah, can't do it. Plus I'm trying not to buy any new books for a while. I work full time and go to school full time and I've already got 12 books I have to read for other challenges. It'll go on my wishlist though.

Joseph (bluemanticore) | 26 comments Shannon, ok, so long as you promise to get to it sometime in the near future, I'll let you pass on it now. ;-)

Zen (zentea) | 3 comments Already read it! Not only was it hilarious, but the chapters are so short that it was a great book to keep in the bathroom. Yes, the bathroom. And the bathroom is a fitting room in which to read such a campy book. ;)

Chrissy315 Jones | 10 comments I finally started it. Had to wait on the Library to get it in. I'm about half way through it. Pretty quick and funny read.
