And so Shallan is coming to the shattered plains. I'm thinking there might be a thing between her and Adolin. And I'm just so glad Dalinar finally met Kaladin. I've been waiting and hoping for that forever.
And what's up with Wit? He's really mysterious. And that epilogue had me stooped.
And Szeth is coming to kill Dalinar :O
But Kaladin is in his guard now. So, I'm hoping there's going to be an epic stormlight battle between them. Also, lashing kind of reminds me of allomancy.
Anyways, it looks like there will be really great things coming for book 2. I need a break though, lol. (hide spoiler)]

This sounds a great deal like the Mistborn series using light rather than metal to move around.

This will be my third time read this book. It's my favorite of all time. :D

I'm sure there are some similarities, but the magic in this is really different. And different people use the stormlight differently, which is really cool. So excited to get back into this! Will be starting at some point today. :)
