Awesome! I've been doing the audio version and I'm not a fan. I borrowed it on Libby which is a companion to Overdrive a Library app. Unfortunately usually when I can't seem to focus on an audio I just switch over to reading it myself and I can't do that with this one. I keep loosing my focus on the book 😢.

Yay Apparently you can speed audio up in Libby!!! Ive never been able to do that on the kindle app! This guy talks so slow and I've sped it up to 1.3x and its so much easier not to get distracted!

Finished: I don't even know... I am definitely going to have to reread this with no audio. I just couldn't get involved and absorbed with the audio.. Either way this is one of the most unique magical adventures I've listened to lol. I have the next one in the series but its the actual book. I really feel that I'll be much more focused during it.

OMG I HAD THE SAME TROUBLE WITH THE AUDIO!!! I actually borrowed the ebook from Libby (I use it too!!!) because the waiting list for the audio was ridiculous! So I'm listening to the audio on youtube. I'm slowly getting more used to the audio so it's not as bad, but I do still find myself reading along or only the ebook even though I honestly don't like ebooks. You are not alone. I can't tell you how many times I've wished for the physical book because i'm having difficulties with the audio. I'm on Part 7 Chapter 4 (view spoiler)[ I'm not really that interested in Lila. Nothing particularly wrong with her, I actually usually really like characters like her. I just do not have any interest in her whatsoever. Maybe it's the audio, maybe not, idk. Kinda confused on the stone, it's bad, but why? I really like the story, so far it's very original. I like Kell, I can't wait to learn more about him. I don't ship him and Lila, I have a hunch they might get together. Don't know why, maybe it's because they both have a POV and when that happens the two characters are usually a couple. I was using the audiobook too on RBdigital, which is my library use, and I didn’t really like it. I’m starting to think that audiobooks just aren’t my thing. I have the physical book and I bought the ebook so I just go back and forth between the two.

I'm on Chapter 2 and omg, have any of you guys watched Blackadder? The Prince Regent (George IV) was a character in it so I can only imagine this character as Hugh Laurie in a ridiculous wig now 😂

By the way, does anyone know what region Red London is based on? Grey London is obviously England and White London seems to resemble a Nordic country, but I can't quite figure out Red London. They mentioned that the royals are darker skinned so I'm assuming the Middle East or possibly the Mediterranean region?

I am about to start part three and here are my thoughts so far. I will hid them as spoilers cause you never know

As I was reading chapter one I felt so bad for King George and again felt like his son Prince George was just a spoiled prince. This book is a book I could probably read in one day or two but I am going to take my time, I don't want to miss anything. (hide spoiler)]
