Adult Romance - Two couples breakup, two of them move in together and fall in love

Read in the last two years. Fairly mainstream romance. Follows the story of a couple where the FMC moves to the smaller city (maybe in the northeast?) her spouse is from to be with him. He ends up leaving her to get with his female best friend, who also leaves a spouse behind. The FMC left behind ends up moving in with the guy left behind while she's deciding what to do with her life/if she's moving/finding herself. They end up falling in love, but I think the other couple (that broke up the relationships) actually doesn't work out.
