Hello, I’m looking for a book I read about 6 years ago. At that time, I was looking for books similar to Percy Jackson and found this one. If I’m not mistaken, it’s a trilogy.

A city boy moves to a small town and discovers a special way to enter the world of ghosts, where he meets and falls in love with a ghost girl. After returning to the real world, a vampire escapes with him. With the help of two school friends, he sets a trap and confronts the vampire in the attic at the end of the first book.
