The first one will work. The second, I can imagine there is a beach there, not really visible though, but I would allow it.
The cover for your nonfiction book would work, but if you read it I would disallow it. So don't read it for this task. (Or any task.)

"There is a 150 page minimum for books, rereads and audios ok. Books may only be used once per player during the challenge. Players may read the same book for a task unless otherwise specified. Books do not have to be romance, but must be fiction."
