Christian Romance, part of series, Retired Military Hero/ Heroine hurt on hiking trip

This book is set in the USA southwest, and I think it is part of a Christian Romance series. I read it pre covid between 2012 and 2016 when it was brand-new. The hero is retired military with a recently refreshed Christian experience. The Heroine is unsure about God and not a practicing Christian. They date for a bit. There is a either a flower or a wedding shop in the book. I think the owner is a central character in of of the other books in the series. They break up, mainly because she is nervous about commitment and he realizes that he needs to marry a believer. She decides to go on a long hiking trip, a tour of some type. She is disgusted because the leader is not well prepared and keeps comparing her ex boyfriend to the tour guide. Something happens on the hike and she has an accident resulting in a broken bone. The tour guide ends up being so unprepared that he leaves her to try and get help. She is alone for a couple of days and uses skills that her ex-boyfriend taught her to survive. She also has a revelation about God and comes to believe. When her ex hears about the situation, he goes looking for her - finds her, saves her, and gets her to medical attention. They get back together and have a lovely HEA.
