Ghost Wall by Sarah Moss (130 pgs.) Written in the narrator's stream of consciousness. Silvie is a teenage girl who is participating in an archaeological class field trip with her Mother and Father who is obsessed with the British Iron Age. They join the Professor leading the trip along with three students to live as if they were in the Iron Age for two weeks. Silvie begins to question the way she and her Mother are treated at home by her Father through the glaring differences between her and the other students of a similar age. There is plenty of imagery to really immerse yourself in the wooded setting of Northern England complete with Iron Age moors and prehistoric bogs.

I nominate The Jungle Book by Rudyard Kipling. My edition at home is only 216 pages long out of which atleast 20 pages are completely taken up by pictures. The font is also normal sized. The version they show you on Goodreads is 277 pages long. But it's more like a less than 190 pages kind of novel. Let me know whether this novel is allowed for nomination.

212 pages in fact, and about 25 pages of pictures taking up the whole pages. A 180-185 pages novel if you take out the pictures.
Austin, Caroline is in India - so I am not sure if her time is before or after ours. I just found a conversion table. India is 9:30 hour(s) ahead of the US.
Sorry guy got busy yesterday. The polls will be up in a few minutes🤪
