YA Fantasy Thriller series. Princess is abducted while returning to her kingdom. Bodyguard sent to protect her. Falls out of tree, loses memory. Spoilers.

Does anyone know which book I am talking about:
There was a girl who was a princess, and she was returning to her kingdom. However, she was abducted. Later, it is revealed that the maid was involved in the abduction, and the bodyguard sent to protect her was actually her real father. The king was not her real father and the villain used using him.
After her abduction, the group that took her used her to defeat the villain. During the battle, she fell out of a window into the trees and lost her memories.
In the second book, I believe the villain placed some kind of iron object in her heart, which allowed him to control her whenever he wanted. Later, she reunites with the group, who try to help her regain her memories. One attempt involves putting her in a very small changing room to trigger her memory, as she had a fear of closed spaces. Her love interest also tries to help her.At one point, when they go into the forest, she poisons her love interest. Thankfully, his friend arrives just in time and saves him, while she runs away.
Then, if I remember correctly, she is about to drown in a river when she sees her bodyguard—her father—who catches her and pulls her out. At some point in between, the villain also uses her again.
Later, there is a trial to determine whether she should be executed. During the trial, they are given a choice between killing her, her father, or her love interest (I don't remember exactly who), and she begs them to kill her instead. This act proves that she still has humanity, so they decide not to execute her.
In the end, the villain is killed by a black-and-white disc. When the disc chose its wielder, it glowed. I believe they used the disc to try to kill the villain, and it worked.

I cant remember which book this was...i think it was a duology or maybe a triology....and it was actually really good and well written.....i read this few years back during covid online but now i dont remember which book it was and cant find any traces of it anywhere...been trying to find it for an year..... so if u hv any clue plz do tell....guess will also work....
