How about the Sheep Princess in Wolf's Clothing series? Complete at 5 volumes it is a pretty cute series I enjoy.

Others I enjoy are Tamamo-chan's a Fox!, Hakumei & Mikochi: Tiny Little Life in the Woods, and A Kingdom of Quartz just to name a few.

I am reading Toru Crossplay Love: Otaku x Punk Vol. 1 series right now. It is TOO cute lol.

I also read That Time I Got Stuck to the Guy I Hate and it was a lovely little BL story if you are into that.
