I planned and finished reading: Talon
It was okay, but a solid read.
I'm hoping to finish: Who Gave Sleep and Who Has Taken It Away?
Very interesting so far!
“Disturbance In The Faith: A Poetic Love Story” is not a collection — it’s a singular, continuous poetic experience.Told in one flowing poem, this book invites you into the emotional and spiritual tension of a soul navigating love, longing, and the quiet struggle to hold onto faith when everything feels uncertain.
🕊️ What happens when devotion meets doubt?
Through vivid imagery, emotional vulnerability, and lyrical rhythm, author Kevin L. Porter delivers a poetic confession — a love story wrapped in spiritual warfare, heartfelt honesty, and hope.
Looking at older books, and going though one Catholic book, called The Technological Society, which looks at how modern thinking adjust our way of thinking. It is a slog reading, as it is very dense in thought, but it leads me to think more about how modern life affects my thought. It is a 'university lecture' adaptation, maybe, of C. S. Lewis' Screwtape Letters, which also say how (in that case) a demon can change a person's thinking, while here is it is modern thinking and the way of life changes how we think.
Love seeing all the titles here! Some of them are like visiting old friends. :-)
