would a stearing wheel and someone behind it driving count for a car? Or do you need to see the outside of the car?
I'm guessing this counts more as like the scarf example that doesn't work but would the headress part of a Nun's habit work for hat on cover?Example:

(car on the movie ..."If that were the actual car on the cover, that would work. But it is a picture/poster of the car. Included in the task description, "The cover must depict the actual item, not a picture or tattoo." Sorry.
