Josie and Gretchen figure out the name Pratt that was on the flash drive referred to Drew Pratt, a former Alcott County assistant district attorney who went missing in 2006. They also found a photo of him with Chief Bob Chitwood in the frame. Where did your mind go?

I thought Chitwood was going to be the baddy but it turned out to be a giant red herring.

[Sharon]

Me, too! I thought Chitwood was going to be a bad egg at first. I had this Ah-ha moment that explained his resistance to Gretchen's involvement. Fortunately, I was wrong. I didn't want another shady cop.

[Anita]

I never thought Chitwood was dirty. I thought the picture was just the type of thing that gets taken at the successful close of a case. Josie was grasping for anything, and she had no clear leads to follow.

It made me give him the side eye solely because of his animosity and stubbornness towards his own squad. Yeah, I didn’t want to deal with another dirty cop either.
