Elementary School Chapter Book 2010/2011 - Fantasy, two siblings, tree

In fourth grade (about 2010/2011) I read a chapter book and for the life of me cannot remember the title or find it online. I will try to add as much detail as I remember but it is vague. I remember some of the cover. It was hardback and had a lot of light/medium green foliage, like woods and a big tree. It was light and daytime in the picture. Based outside. The title I think was along the top of it. Maybe there was a house or something else, but I mainly remember just green/foliage. All I can remember about the story is it was two siblings, a boy and a girl. I think they played in the woods or grandmas backyard or something. I remember it being somewhat fantasy. Maybe something with a river? I don’t think it’s Fablehaven or Samuel Blink. The title would be more similar to Fablehaven but I really can’t remember. Maybe it is one of them but I cannot find a picture of the cover to match my memory. Please help!

4th grade chapter book, maybe one of the Magic Treehouse books by Mary Pope Osbourne? They tend to be paperback though.
