Katrisa | 4460 comments I finished Blood on Snow this morning. It gave me creepy dreams I as I was reading that right before I went to bed last night! I am currently working on The Murder of King Tut and Play Dead (which is a reread for me)

Alexandra (alex2911) | 662 comments I‘ve just finished The Little Paris Bookshop. A very nice and cozy read.
Moving on to Bride now.

Katrisa | 4460 comments I finished The Murder of King Tut. It was a quick read and pretty interesting - kind of novelized history. I should finish Play Dead tomorrow. I will start Running with the Kenyans: Passion, Adventure, and the Secrets of the Fastest People on Earth tomorrow and can add Thin Ice for 7 letters in title.

Katrisa | 4460 comments I finished Play Dead this morning and will probably finish Thin Ice by bedtime, but won't post it until tomorrow. And I should finish Running with the Kenyans: Passion, Adventure, and the Secrets of the Fastest People on Earth tomorrow.
So I will do The Spy in Moscow Station: A Counterspy's Hunt for a Deadly Cold War Threat for published in April (4) and The Spirit Woman for #6 in a series

Alexandra (alex2911) | 662 comments I have finished Bride which was not my cup of tea but as light and fast as expected.
Moving on to The Secret Life of Bees

Have a great day, team One!!

Katrisa | 4460 comments I finished The Spirit Woman and have started The Spy in Moscow Station: A Counterspy's Hunt for a Deadly Cold War Threat.
Next I can do This Is What America Looks Like: My Journey from Refugee to Congresswoman for 6 words in title and The Sirens for 9 letters in title.

I'll add them to the planning part of the spreadsheet :)

Kristi N | 139 comments I'm just giving a heads up that I should finish The Favorites today or lunchish tomorrow and I'm going to try to read James super fast. I'll be riding in a car tomorrow afternoon so that should help! Anyway, just came here to say that if I can get it done before the time is up, I'll be reporting from my phone. I haven't figured out how to link to a book from the app. So, expect a late and wonky update Saturday morning (here in CST)!

Rusalka (rusalkii) | 19203 comments Hi all! I finished This Is How You Lose the Time War and am about half way through Grave Ransom which is going much quicker than I expected. I am about to find some lunch and close my office door for a bit and see what I can push through.

Not sure how I will go, but will see if I can get it done today/tonight to try and squeeze in the Dalmatians as well. That migraine sucked more of the beginning of the week than I would have liked.

You guys however are ripping through things!! Fantastic job!!

Fee | 318 comments I finally finished my first book. The second one is also almost done.

Yay! Nice work, Fee!

Heather | 202 comments I just finished a book that I added How to Age Disgracefully and put it in the reporting thread.

Hoping to finish Summer Romance by tomorrow, but probably will not finish Solito. I'm listening on audio and I've not had enough listening time (17 hours and speeding up but still). I can read so much faster! If I finish Summer Romance I will start Ann Cleeves' Cold Earth which is the 7th book in her Shetland Series. Here's to a quiet afternoon and evening and lots of enjoyable reading!

Katrisa | 4460 comments Ok team! I finished my last two books. I think that will be it for me for this toppler. Thanks for a fun week!

message 63: by Fee (new)

Fee | 318 comments I finished my second book. That will be it for this toppler. I wasn't able to read as much as I hoped but still had a great time. :)

message 64: by Alexandra (new)

Alexandra (alex2911) | 662 comments I’ve also finished my last book. It was fun to do this toppler with all of you :-).

message 65: by Rusalka, Moderator (new)

Rusalka (rusalkii) | 19203 comments I've finished Grave Ransom which was a much quicker read than I was expecting but still didn't give me enough time for a third book.

But thank you all, was lots of fun, and I was glad I still got through two books with a wonky head and an unexpectedly, incredibly full on week at work.

Thanks for being an awesome team!!

message 66: by Heather (new)

Heather | 202 comments I finished Summer Romance and really liked it! A quick, thoughtful, sweet read even if you aren't trying to finish a Toppler!

That will be my last toppler book as well.

You all are awesome! And THANK YOU so much for the scoring chart, Rusalka!! Will you report the total?

message 67: by Rusalka, Moderator (new)

Rusalka (rusalkii) | 19203 comments Will do! Will give everyone a couple of days to report their last reads, and let Kristie know our final score :D

message 68: by Kristi (new)

Kristi N | 139 comments You all are amazing! I ended up having to drive to my daughter's swim meet so my husband could get some work and didn't get my third book done. My first book took way longer than I expected so I'll plan better next time. It was still fun though!
