If I remember correctly, it is an office of either brothers or friends and they run a business. The one this book is about is shy and reserved. He likes the FMC who is also part of the company and very outgoing. I think she might be best friends with one of his brothers. I think the FMC wears the MMC down eventually (she has liked him for a while and he her, but he didn't know how to show it because he is so shy) and they eventually start dating or hooking up (can't remember which), but she later breaks it off for some reason. He might be head of the IT department.

I believe the series is a bunch of interconnected standalones (not sure though)?

Read between 2020-2023 on KU in English. It is set in modern day America in a city setting.
