Forgot the title of a book I listened to on Audible

I am looking for a German book, which I’ve listened to on Audible. It was a fantasy genre and had an academy setting the male love interests name was Ash and he was like a Phoenix. I still remember the protagonist was a witch, that could channel different powers, for example earth fire water etc. Every which in the academy could do that. She and Ash were best friends when they were children but after an attack on the academy, everything changed between them and Ash started to hate her and treat her very bad, bullying her. However, she always had a crush on him. The two were called on a mission where Ash died. He should’ve come back because he was a Phoenix but he didn’t. Instead he reappeared alive in the head of the protagonist and she searched for a way to get him out. Also, the protagonist had a best friend with whom she would always go in the city and visit an old woman who had a goat as a pet in her little store. I don’t remember the name of the book, it could just as well be a series, but I really want to read it again. Does anyone know the title?

Oh, and I cannot find it again on Audible because I deleted it from my library after I finished listening😓
