      The ads showed a level of sophistication beyond a normal prank ad. I thought they should have asked for help in getting to the bottom of it, but I understood why Josie wanted to keep it in house.
    
      I agree with Anita. The ads were more than a prank. They needed help from another agency. Sometimes, Josie is a little hard headed.
    
      Once the pranks started escalating towards burglary and violence she should have gone to all the different agencies to help her find out who was doing all this.
    
      Agree, Susan. I think Josie didn't want to appear weak, like she couldn't handle what was happening.
    
        
      This was nuts. Josie’s a bit stubborn and if she wasn’t the chief, that person would have enlisted help from whatever agency needed.
    
  
  
  
      She isn't chief material. She is still working like a detective, and there isn't any supervision to discuss alternatives.
