Hi Melissa! Sorry I haven’t checked in. I would like to try to read it still but if someone else wants to claim it, just in case I don’t get to it, that’s fine with me too. I’m also doing a buddy read with my boyfriend and his friends of Tress of the Emerald Sea but I don’t know if I will finish this month or next month!I don’t really care about the Super Bowl. I am more interested in the World Cup and soccer. My family doesn’t care about football. I want to try to host a watching party with snacks but for soccer. I watched the halftime show on YouTube but that’s pretty much all I do. I ordered ramen and watched YouTube with my boyfriend on Super Bowl night.

◈ Every book read, i.e. every task completed, is worth 10 points. Each book can be used for one task only.
◈ Books for tasks can be finished in any order. No need to complete blocks to get the 10 points/book.
◈ Completing six sets of tasks (ie six characters) will award your team a completion bonus of 30 points.
◈ Books used for this mini challenge do not need to be separate books from what you are claiming for your UNO hands.
◈ The usual book length rules apply.
◈ Team spreadsheets will be updated with a mini challenge tab so that you can track your books and claim your points.
◈ Books can be started at any point since the start of the UNO challenge (Feb 1).
◈ Books need to be finished after the start of this mini challenge on 14 February, 9am UTC (Countdown: https://www.timeanddate.com/countdown...) and before 1 March, 9am UTC.

A few of those tasks are really out there lol! The AI one and SciFi ones are really not my thing. The other characters seem simple enough. I’ll update the sheet with matches later today.

i think they have to work for both.... though i am not sure
Mini books can be regular cards too. And if we end up finishing all our hands, but have outstanding mini tasks, we can also read those independently.

I'm doing the 500+ book. I should be finished by Monday. I have an overflow book that I put on the spreadsheet. We can shuffle around the spreadsheet a bit to get the hands filled. We're getting close to finishing up all the hands for this month!
