Suspense/Thriller, Dean Koontz sort of book, can't remember the title. Spoilers.

I don't remember much about this book, but from what I can recall there are either several children with abilities or just this one child, but the plot point I remember was that one child could hold your hand and you would see "heaven" or "the afterlife". It wasn't religious book and it was definitely a work of fiction, so it wasn't one of those "my child died for 3 minutes and saw heaven" sort of things.

(Spoilers for both the books mentioned: the non-spoiler version is that I don't think it's 'From The Corner Of His Eye'.)



At the very end of 'From The Corner Of His Eye', the protagonist's daughter, who can cross into alternate universes, says she thinks she can figure out a way to get into heaven and come back. However, this book doesn't have a scene of her showing someone else heaven. That scene is definitely in 'Sole Survivor'. (I don't know whether there are any similar scenes in other books.)
