Review will not let me link to The Bad Guys Collection #1-3

I am reviewing The Bad Guys https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

but when I try to mention that I first read the omnibus version, and link to the book in question, I get this error:

1 error prohibited this review from being saved:

If I take out the link, it posts my review. Confused by what's wrong with it.

It's the Goodreads page for the book in the post (The Bad Guys Collection #1-3), using Goodreads code. I've tried adding and removing all the text in my post, and the link seems to be what gives the error.

The other thing you could check is to make sure you don't have a letter immediately after a full stop.

There's a dot somewhere in the link.
Try using the link without the dot and the part after that, so :
https: // www.goodreads.com / book / show / 51921248

It will still lead to the correct bookrecord.

It is definitely a bug. I made a dummy review using ONLY the "add book/author" button and had the same result. There was literally nothing but the link GR provided. There were no periods at all. As Carol said, you will need to contact support for this. Make sure that when you use the pulldown menu What can we help you with? that you scroll down to the Report a Bug option.
