Exp: David Weber is also on my must read all his stuff list! I was obsessed with his Safehold series and the heat is turning way up on the Honor Harrington series which thankfully has as many spinoffs as Dune to keep my book hunger fed.

Janice (jamasc) | 60116 comments Have you read The Terror. I read it in 2016 and gave it 3 stars, but I still remember a lot. Weird, there are books I've read within the last few months that I've rated higher and don't remember.

Marcus | 868 comments Badge 3, Book 24
Book: The Devils
Format: hardcover, 547 pages
Task: Read a book by male author name A
Exp: saved the A for last with a book by Joe Abercrombie. Fun read but still a softer sort of fantasy than when Joe started with the hard hitting "First Law Trilogy" which was fantastic grim/dark fantasy.

Haven't read "The Terror" yet but it's in my stack at home just waiting for the right place in next year's challenge. It's funny how different books hit us differently at various stages or seasons of life.
