Steel Wolf by Eve Langlais

Review

It's a curious book and I don't really know if I've liked or not. Think "The ghost and Mrs. Muir" with the ghost being a biker, Mrs. Muir a mechanical of midle age... and a murder (or more) in the mix. It's curious, quite erotc and entertaining.. but yes, a standalone for sure. As I've said, I enjoyed it, but thinking about it later... I'm not so sure.

Once Bitten, Twice Dead by Bianca D'Arc

Review

I've procrastinated with this book for a lot as zombies are not usually my cup of tea. Big mistake, as I've enjoyed it as much as other Bianca's books. Yes, there are zombies, but it's more a spec-ops book with a tough guy and a tougher girl. It has been very entertaining and, happily, I've got the other books in the series to read.

Awaken the Highland Warrior (The Connor Clan Highland Warriors #1) by Anita Clenney Awaken the Highland Warrior by Anita Clenney

Shelf: "P"
Finished: 12/18/2024
Rate: 3 Stars
Review: A little bit of a strange concept, highland warriors fighting demons, but seemed to work. Fun story that was a bit hard to track at times, but still kept my interest until the end. There are many members of this warrior clan, so I foresee many possibilities for future stories. I will probably read the next and see how it goes.
