Your team has stumbled upon Vinz Clortho the Keymaster & Zuul the Gatekeeper. They are both muttering about someone called Gozer the Destroyer. One of your team sees the Gatekeeper float several feet above her bed. Something strange is happening and it is centered around their apartment building. When other events cause you to lose sight of these two they find their way to each other. Your team heads to the apartment building and up to the top. When you arrive, you see the Gatekeeper and Key master turn into demon hounds. Gozer arrives and your team tries unsuccessfully to negotiate with her. Your team is zapped by Gozer. Can your team take down Gozer and turn her hounds back into humans?

The only one I don't have at my fingertips is gate on the cover.
I finished one for destroys something tonight but I didn't put it on in case that's what you want Jenny. I think I may have one that will work for demon/hell hounds.
I am rereading Iron Flame right now. The venin in this book are very demonic, but they are not called that specifically. Think it counts?
I looked it up on google lol - it says the book has demons so I would say yes.

Vicki, I am totally pointing a finger at you and laughing. Having that many books is just so wrong!!!So, I was looking for something else amongst my too many book cases, and I found a gate on cover book that I adore. If you haven't found one yet, perhaps try this one?

It's not your fault. We have noticed that there is a glitch. The notifications have been randomly turning off. Not even for all of the threads. Sometimes it is just one or two threads randomly. It is annoying and you have to keep checking all of them. Some members have said they have resorted to tracking their challenges in a private group. Others set up a thread to track their challenges at the top of the group. I know that I have had issues moderating due to the notifications turning off.
Thanks, Donna. I will get the gate book done. I hate to let down my teams but I know it happens from time to time to almost everyone. I had no idea that notifications were getting turned off once they were turned on, so maybe I had it turned on and maybe not. I'll get to a gate book tomorrow. I'll have to see what I have or can get free on KU.

How frustrating!OK I finished 2 books that I had to get done so I'll do the gate book next but it'll be later today because I'm taking 3 of my grandkids to see the ROBOT movie...thrills! lol
The Wild Robot? I can't even make it through the preview without crying so I told my son that he can watch it on his own once the dvd comes out.

It's not wrong when you're retired, NOT watching your grandkids except here and there (until things change!), and you love to read but you challenges even more. lol :)

Your team failed to take out Gozer the destructor. The traveler has come. Choose its form. Team members 1,2 & 4 kept their minds blank but team member 3 couldn't. The traveler has taken the form of a hundred-foot Stay Puft Marshmallow Man. Remember that sometimes rules are meant to be broken... so cross those streams! Can you take out the marshmallow man?

I am currently reading a book with a white cover, but I am also about to start a book that has 800 or so pages, so I am good with either of those.
I’m good with you taking the long one if you want it. That’s a lot of pages! I’m currently reading one where the character travels a lot. (We can have it started right?)
I can take any of them. Just let me know which is left over. I think my least fav. choice would be the long book as I don't have any that are that length planned.

Our local theater had a huge blow up of the Stay Puft Marshamllow on top of their building for Halloween. Really cool!
