Your teams get a visitor who tells you they have seen a ghost in the Seward st subway station. They take you down there to show you where. Team member 2 smells electrical discharge and discovers a destroyed Hyper-Ionization Device on a panel to the side of the track. It looks like it exploded into pieces. Slime drips on team member 1. Team member 3 sees the ghost first, its eyes are glowing. Can your team catch the ghost and get back to the platform before the next train?

Wow I was just thinking the eyes would be super tough so if you have something for that - it'd be great.

I have something for #1 and #4 but could probably find something for #3.

Mannequin ghost:





Mayhem emerged from a wall vent at the Stonebrook Theater and attacked a janitor, tossing him around the room. Jonathan, the theater manager, screamed scaring him off. The team has been called in to investigate the scene. Team member 2 finds a Hyper-Ionization Device in one of the rooms. Team member 4 enters the laundry room and finds it filled with mannequins. Thinking that the room is full of nightmares, team member 4 turns around to leave. One of the mannequin heads turns slowly, then it follows the team member around the corner. The team member turns around and sees the mannequin. The team member decides to quickly enter the Wardrobe room and close the door. The mannequin chases the team member and kicks a hole in it. Its eyes are glowing red. Can the team defeat it?

I'm out of town for a couple days and the only books I have with me fit #3 or #4 so if possible I'd like one of those two. Unless singing in a choir performance counts in which case I also have something for #1 but the MC isn't a "famous singer" he teaches singing and sings in a choir.
