The House in the Cerulean Sea question

I read a brief write-up on a novel that came out in 2022 (I think!) about a couple that moves into a new house by the beach, or possibly on an island, and they totally shut the world out. I cannot remember much else but their self-sequestering. It was maybe set in Ireland or England? Female author, I believe. Please help jog my memory, I very much want to get my hands on it — many thanks!
