YA book. Overachieving girl ends up involved with a jock. Unique because the book had about 4 diverging paths in which they met & went through different scenarios. Read around 2018.

I read this book in around 2018. Most likely published in the 2010's. I remember that the title may had mentioned "four" in it, or the cover must have had four lines dividing it into sections. The main girl's goal was to get into yale (i think) and she got involved with this jock. It was unique because there was like 4 different paths in which different things happened between them. Like there was one where the jock got brain damage and she had to take care of him (if i remember correctly). Main girl might've also been hispanic, but I'm not sure.

Published 2017, one cover of the book has 4 quadrants with people's faces in them, main girl was Bronwyn Rojas who wanted to get into Yale and was with a motorcycle boy Nate?

Don't know about the brain damage thing though.
