It was around 2020-2022 when I read this book. It had classical fairytale elements like witches with green skin and long noses and wizards in big hats. Its definitely not a super adult book. It more more younger audiences. I remember a very specific quote and details from the book. "All witches are cooks but not all cooks are witches" was one of the quotes. and wizards in training had to be invisible for a certain number of years. A female wizard mentor helps the main character in her journey back home. think at the end of the book, the main characters sister turns into a bird with her true lover and flies away to be free. That's mostly everything I remember.
